Job Title: Manufacturing Operation Worker

Location: Streetsboro

Shifts: 7am-330pm / 5pm-1:30am

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Operation Worker is responsible for performing various duties within a manufacturing operation, including warehouse activities, shipping and receiving, order pulling, testing pumps, and painting pumps. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming items

• Pick and fill orders from stock, accurately and efficiently

• Pack and ship orders, including preparing shipping labels and documentation

• Conduct quality checks and testing on pumps to ensure they meet specifications and standards

• Operate machinery and equipment to paint pumps to required specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and manufacturing area, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of waste materials

• Assist with inventory management and control, including cycle counting, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and reporting on inventory levels

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Familiarity with using computers and basic software programs
