Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst
Duration: 6 months plus

Job Description:

Cybersecurity Analyst-Identify external websites, update CMDB and business application inventory, provide AppSec support, and produce formal AppSec program metrics. Responsibility include managing the program data, collaborating with various teams to ensure data accuracy, and supporting application security initiatives. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail and IT/security experience.
 
Programs used: MS Excel; MS Access; ServiceNow; InfoBlox; AzureDevOps; Checkmarx
 
required to identify all external site owners and web applications in our environment.

Expertise in maintaining and updating the configuration Management Database (CMDB) and business application inventory, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with various teams for proper documentation.

Proficiency in managing and maintaining external websites and collaborating with web development and IT teams to address issues or improvements.

Familiarity with basic application security concepts, vulnerability assessments, remediation efforts, and best practices for improving the overall security posture.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders, as well as for gathering and verifying missing owner information.

Basic knowledge of Powershell scripting for automation tasks, Excel formulas and functions for efficient data analysis, manipulation and reporting
High attention to detail for accurate data management

8am -5pm EST  —-REMOTE 100% Flexible working hours but required to work US East Coast schedule to ensure availability with other team members.
