Job Title: Contingent Workforce Analyst
Duration: 12 Months+
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Description:

Evaluation of Telecom Metrics and Reports per industry best practices
Delivery of recommendations for updates to existing metrics and reports
Delivery of recommendations for new metrics and reports
Implementing a metric and reporting roadmap
Perform SharePoint development and support
Support and create departmental reports in PowerBI
Maintain SharePoint sites supported by Telecom Systems
Provide backup to Maximo (WAM) Analyst
Consult with Maximo (WAM) Analyst on configuration and reporting needs
Manage IT initiative as required
Other assignments as requested

2.0 Deliverables:

The consultant will be responsible for producing the following deliverables:

a. Evaluation of Telecom Metrics and Reports per industry best practice
b. Recommendations for updates and creation of new metrics and reports
c. Creation of a metric and reporting roadmap
d. Other tasks as required by Telecommunication Systems Management
