Job Title: Process Engineer
Duration: 6 months plus
Process Engineer, this is an individual role responsible for influencing a cross-functional team for improving the customer, client and employee experience by digitizing and streamlining services offered through end-to-end process optimization in support of strategic initiatives. Highly visible position supporting efforts to provide business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement and quality assessment, and ongoing provision of various Lines of Businesses (LOBs). As a process engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents for all of Enterprise.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ·
Act as Subject Matter Expert on program initiatives and development projects from inception to ensure the design and implementation meets the application support policies. Focused on process mining and data analysis to drive and influence cross-functional teams in end-to-end process optimization and capability uplift.
Provide Process Engineering, Business Analysis, Change Management and Project/Product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on-going support of the relevant lines of business.
Utilize industry trends to influence requirements for business processes, new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.
Significantly contributes to the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.
Identify and capture requirements for highly complex standards, processes, system and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders; understands and applies the Agile PLC/SDLC to the execution of deliverables.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements considering multiple users, risks, and/or impact scenarios and convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.
Apply expertise of the business and its trajectory and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives and align to the roadmap.
Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing as applicable to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.
Actively contributes to the creation, facilitating, managing, and recommending training for all aspects of support the team provides to customers, clients and/or internal employees.
Advises on security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed. Partners effectively with architecture, security and risk teams to ensure tech portfolio changes adhere to standards.
5 plus years as a Business Analysts and/or Process Engineer.
Bachelor’s Degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and develop influential relationships at multiple levels within an organization, and lead in a positive and collaborative manner Strong presentation and facilitation skills Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems Analytical thinker
Ability to facilitate cross functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues
Ability to support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently Ability to meet deadlines and ensure others meet deadlines with minimal oversight
PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Process Management – process mining, design and/or data analysis Agile or Lean Six Sigma approaches, frameworks, delivery experience.
Experience with working in Information Technology bachelor’s degree in computer science is a plus
