Job Description:
Our direct client, Department of Economic Security (DES) in Arizona, is looking for a strong candidate with a passion for Report Writing.

The project is to implement a robust, scalable ServiceNow environment for DES as the agency moves from a legacy Cherwell platform. This role will Assist the department with in-flight conversion to Service Now as our primary ITSM platform. Also assist with mapping all database connections used by Tableau in current dashboards and executive overview metrics. Assist with creating/developing new reports as required as part of ServiceNow conversion.
