Job Title: Software & Technology Manager

Job Description:

Leading the software development team, this person will be pivotal in developing our next generation software platform. They will lead both front and back-end development and integration. This role will be highly collaborative, engaging with all functions, ensuring robust integrations and customer experience.

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide leadership for staff development, and hold staff accountable to meet personal and business objectives
• Project and agile management for software development including work breakdown planning, planned versus actual, and managing risks includes staffing allocation, project management and documentation.
• Metrics and data management for cloud usage
• Robustly integrate feature development across software application
• Develop and implement staffing plans, budget proposals, and tool requirements consistent with anticipated workloads
• Manage SOC2 compliance and document management within team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction, particularly with product design, data, and integrations

Requirements and Experience:
 

• Experience with ClickUp or Asana or other project management tools
• +5 years leading a team in Agile Management of software development
• Previous coding experience
• Previous experience with staff development and budget management
• Previous experience working with software vendors, particularly cloud hosting providers
