Job Title: Tier 1 Technician
Duration: 3 months plus
Location:  Columbus, Ohio

Job Description:

The overall contract is to assist with the end user office setup for a Customer. Scope relevant to this position is hardware setup to include, but not limited to, PCs, docking stations, monitors, monitor arms, peripherals, printers, and cable management.

Role Responsibilities Project Commitment
Tier 1 Technician ? Setup PC equipment ? Part-time up to 20 hours per week

? Technical Skills
• PC equipment setup.
• Troubleshooting and support experience with PCs.
• Troubleshooting skills for PC configuration.

Customer Service Skills
• Shows respect to end users.
• Listening skills.
• Communication skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a team; sharing in creation and completion of deliverables.
• Reliable and dependable.
Additional Information
• Engagement is onsite in Columbus, OH.
• Can lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Can climb under and around office furniture (e.g., desks, cabinets, etc.).
• Technician will be part of team led by Customer.
• Role does not require bi-lingual capabilities
